This is a 47 year old pt who is 5′ 4″ and weighs 108 pounds. She has had one child and did not breast feed. Presented wearing a 34 ‘A’ cup bra, desired a ‘C’ cup. Surgery – 425cc Natrelle silicone gel filled implants, submuscular placement with inframammary incision. Post op photos taken at 3 months.
