Tall boots are all the rage in fashion, but not all women can fit into them.

According to Dr. John Zavell in Toledo, Ohio, women across the country are having surgeons remove excess muscle or fat from around the calf and thigh.
The surgery comes at a steep cost.
Liposculpture can range from $2,000 to $12,000 and the recovery time for the procedure is around 6 months.
Someone wanting to turn to liposculpture of the calf or thigh has to go through at least two consultations.
